Do I get whitelist Malware Protection or SOC monitoring? +−
One or the other — never both, because the two overlap. Student and Essentials plans include certified White‑List malware protection. Premium and Business plans replace it with our fully monitored, SOC‑managed XDR — 24/7 monitoring and threat mitigation by certified cybersecurity analysts.
Is identity theft protection included? +−
Identity Theft Protection, including the $1 million restoration guarantee, is available to individuals. It is included with Cyber Suite 365TMPremium and available as an option on Student and Essentials plans. Add it to your Student plan at checkout or by calling (406) SEC-TEAM (406-732-8326).
Who qualifies for the student price? +−
Currently enrolled students. The 10% discount is already reflected in the $21.95 monthly price — no code needed. We may ask for proof of enrollment.
How many devices does this cover? +−
Your everyday devices — laptop, phone and tablet. If you need to add more, or move to a plan with fully monitored SOC protection after you graduate, eMail [email protected] and we will switch you over.
How do you handle data breaches? +−
If your information is exposed, we stop the damage straight away, work out what was affected, and get everything secured again so it doesn't happen twice. We also handle the paperwork — including your financial institution and credit card company notifications — for you.
