Do I get whitelist Malware Protection or SOC monitoring? +−
One or the other — never both, because the two overlap. Student and Essentials plans include certified White‑List malware protection. Premium and Business plans replace it with our fully monitored, SOC‑managed XDR — 24/7 monitoring and threat mitigation by certified cybersecurity analysts.
Is identity theft protection or data leakage removal available? +−
Neither is offered on business plans. Identity Theft Protection is available to individuals only, and Data Leakage Removal is offered as an option on Essentials and Premium plans. Identity Theft Protection is not available on business plans — it is offered to individuals only. There is still a great deal we can do to reduce the opportunity for damage through our business offerings, particularly encrypted Password Protection and sound cybersecurity hygiene. Individual household coverage is available on Cyber Suite 365TMPremium.
